摘要
在石油开采业中,国外已经开始使用controlled electrolytic metallic(CEM)作为滑套压裂球的主要成分,而镁合金因其具有低电位、易腐蚀、成本低、易加工等优点成为替代这种材料的首选。但受限于我国镁合金发展现况,还达不到国外同类产品的技术水平。因此,文中分别以A Z31与A Z91为基体,通过热处理、微弧氧化、复合处理、稀土合金化等工艺手段,使镁合金的可溶性控制、抗剪切力学性能和均匀降解等技术指标满足现场工况要求。
In petroleum exploitation,controlled electrolytic metallic(CEM) has been used as the main components of sliding sleeve fracturing ball abroad. Because of the magnesium alloy has a low potential, easy corrosion,low cost,easy processing has become the preferred alternative materials. However,China's development of magnesium alloy has not yet reached the technical level of similar foreign products. Therefore,AZ31 and AZ91 are used as the experimental object which is treated by heat treatment,micro arc oxidation, composite processing, rare earth alloying technology means. The soluble control,shear mechanical property and other technical indicators of the magnesium alloys can meet the operating requirement.
