摘要
钣金成形过程中常会发生起皱、开裂缺陷,采用数值模拟技术进行钣金成形过程仿真,可修正模具设计,是开展精密成形的方法之一。针对模拟结果中工件出现的缺陷,提出了初步的改进方案,以橡皮囊液压成形为例,对成形过程的零件厚度变化、应力分布、起皱进行了数值仿真研究,从而控制了板料成形过程的缺陷,进一步修正了模具和板料,实现了无余量装配。
Wrinkling, cracking and springback often occur during the sheet metal forming process. Numerical simulation technology is an effective method to modify the die design, eliminate the defects and guide the plan of the precision forming process. During the stamping process with rubber dies, the thickness variation, stress distribution and wrinkling are analyzed in the numerical simulations. In order to control the defects, the improved processes are proposed based on the simulation results. This study is valuable to optimize the die structure and sheet metal size, and realize the zero-allowance assembly.
