摘要
分析了泛光灯壳体压铸件结构特点及成型工艺性,针对铸件散热片分布密集,压铸中易形成裂纹、浇不足等缺陷的工艺特性,重点探讨了分型面的位置选择和浇注系统及排溢系统设计,采用了型芯在定模、型腔在动模的结构形式,既简化了模具结构又能顺利脱模。
The mould structure characteristics and molding technology of floodlight shell are analyzed. Due to the intensive distribution of the radiators, the defects of cracks and misrun often exist in the die-casting process. To solve these problems, the selection of the parting surface is investigated and the design of gating system and exhausting system are optimized. The structure with the core in fixed mould and the cavity in moving mould is adopted in the paper. This method can simplify the mould structure and improve the demolding process.
