为了准确制定合理的冲压成形工艺方案,借助Pro/E软件,基于汽车电机叶轮对于平衡性的高要求,模拟分析了最合理的冲压工艺方案,从而保证了较好的产品质量,提高了经济效益。

In order to make the reasonable stamping plan, the stamping process of the impeller on automobile motor is simulated and analyzed on the basis of Pro/E. Considering the high demands of balance for the impeller, the most reasonable stamping process is determined. This forming process can guarantee the quality of the products and increase the economic benefits.
