浮动切刀制造工艺

摘要 从冷冲修边模的浮动切刀结构、制造工艺流程和工艺参数等方面介绍了浮动切刀对模具影响。针对浮动切刀在工作中存在间隙不均及损伤工件的现象,研究了浮动切刀从数模细化、加工制作到装配的各重点环节。工艺优化后,浮动切刀在实际工作中滑配精度高、间隙均匀,制造出的产品质量稳定。实践证明,该工艺流程合理,提高了浮动切刀的使用寿命。 The influence of the floating cutter on the stamping process was introduced according to analyze the floating cutter structure, the manufacturing flow and the process parameters. The key techniques of numerical model refinement, manufacture process and assembly of the cutter were investigated to deal with the problems of uneven gap and work piece damage. Through the optimization of the manufacturing process, slide precision and uniform gap were realized and high quality products were produced. Practice proved that this process was reasonable and benefit to the life of the cutter.
