摘要
就橡胶颗粒掺入混合料中引起的沥青路面施工工艺的差异进行研究,主要从原材料的加热温度、投放顺序、拌和温度、拌和时间以及压实工艺等方面进行室内试验,以马歇尔试件空隙率为技术指标对比分析不同施工条件及工艺下混合料性能的差异,最终确定橡胶颗粒自应力除冰雪沥青路面的施工工艺与质量控制要点。
Research on difference of asphalt pavement construction technology due to the rubber particles mixed in mixture, conduct indoor test mainly from the heating temperature, putting order, mixing temperature, mixing time and compaction technol- ogy of raw materials , regard Marshall specimen as technical index to analyze the mixtures performance differences under different construction conditions and process, ultimately determine the construction technology and quality control points of applying rubber particles self - stress to remove ice and snow on asphalt pavement.
