急性下壁心肌梗死伴三度房室传导阻滞患者采用右室流出道间隔部起搏7例探讨 被引量:3

摘要 急性下壁心肌梗死(心梗)伴三度房室传导阻滞(AVB)患者,需要临时起搏治疗[1-4],常规起搏部位为右室心尖部。本院采用主动电极行右室流出道间隔部起搏,效果可靠,并可减少心肌穿孔等并发症,现报告如下。
