摘要
为明确从H-027×陇薯6号和H-027×陇薯7号这2个杂交组合F1群体中选出的各5个优良无性株系的细胞遗传学特性,利用常规制片技术对各个株系的花粉育性和花粉母细胞减数分裂Ⅰ(PMCMⅠ)染色体配对构型进行了分析。结果表明,H-027×陇薯6号杂种F1优良株系7、株系16、株系17、株系18和株系26的花粉可育率分别为18.18%、59.69%、19.03%、16.54%和51.14%,H-027×陇薯7号杂种F1优良株系2、株系10、株系11、株系12和株系14的花粉可育率分别为52.13%、17.26%、55、72%、60.17%和18.72%;H-027×陇薯6号杂种F1优良株系7、株系16、株系17、株系18和株系26的染色体配对构型分别为3.7Ⅰ+6.7Ⅱ+4.6Ⅲ+4.0Ⅳ、2.7Ⅰ+10.8Ⅱ+2.4Ⅲ+3.7Ⅳ、4.2Ⅰ+6.6Ⅱ+4.6Ⅲ+3.8Ⅳ、4.7Ⅰ+6.1Ⅱ+5.3Ⅲ+3.6Ⅳ和3.9Ⅰ+5.8Ⅱ+3.4Ⅲ+5.5Ⅳ,H-027×陇薯7号杂种F1优良株系2、株系10、株系11、株系12和株系14的染色体配对构型分别为1.7Ⅰ+9.5Ⅱ+1.9Ⅲ+4.3Ⅳ、2.5Ⅰ+5.3Ⅱ+4.7Ⅲ+3.7Ⅳ、2.1Ⅰ+8.8Ⅱ+1.7Ⅲ+5.7Ⅳ、1.9Ⅰ+14.2Ⅱ+1.5Ⅲ+2.5Ⅳ和6.1Ⅰ+7.7Ⅱ+3.6Ⅲ+3.9Ⅳ。
In order to clarify the cytogenetics characteristics of five superior asexual lines selected from the F1 population of two hybrid combinations H-027 × longshu No. 6 and H-027 × longshu No. 7,respectively,the pollen fertility and chromosome pairing configuration of these lines at pollen mother cell meiosis Ⅰ( PMCMⅠ) were analyzed using the conventional slide-preparing technique. The results showed that the pollen fertility rates of superior lines 7,16,17,18 and 26 from H-027 × Longshu 6 F1 hybrids were 18. 18%,59. 69%,19. 03%,16. 54% and 51. 14%,respectively; and the rates of superior lines 2,10,11,12 and 14 from H-027 × Longshu 7 superior F1 hybrids were 52. 13%,17. 26%,55,72%,60. 17% and 18. 72%,respectively. The chromosome pairing configurations of superior lines 7,16,17,18 and 26 from H-027 × Longshu6 were 3. 7Ⅰ + 6. 7Ⅱ + 4. 6Ⅲ + 4. 0Ⅳ,2. 7Ⅰ + 10. 8Ⅱ + 2. 4Ⅲ + 3. 7Ⅳ,4. 2Ⅰ + 6. 6Ⅱ + 4. 6Ⅲ + 3. 8Ⅳ,4. 7Ⅰ + 6. 1Ⅱ + 5. 3Ⅲ + 3. 6Ⅳ and 3. 9Ⅰ + 5. 8Ⅱ + 3. 4Ⅲ + 5. 5Ⅳ,respectively;and that of superior lines 2,10,11,12 and 14 from H-027 × Longshu 7 were 1. 7Ⅰ + 9. 5Ⅱ + 1. 9Ⅲ +4. 3Ⅳ,2. 5Ⅰ + 5. 3Ⅱ + 4. 7Ⅲ + 3. 7Ⅳ,2. 1 Ⅰ + 8. 8 Ⅱ + 1. 7 Ⅲ + 5. 7 Ⅳ,1. 9 Ⅰ + 14. 2 Ⅱ +1. 5Ⅲ + 2. 5Ⅳ and 6. 1Ⅰ + 7. 7Ⅱ + 3. 6Ⅲ + 3. 9Ⅳ,respectively.
