摘要
依据石家庄市屠宰检疫现状,分析了现有屠宰检疫机制中存在的屠宰检疫和肉品检验相混淆、责任不清和人力不足等问题,提出了将屠宰检疫和品质检验合二为一、建立配套的法律法规和行业标准以及定期培训考试等建议。
Based on slaughter quarantine status in Shijiazhuang,problems in the present slaughter quarantine mechanism were analyzed,including confusion of slaughter quarantine with meat inspection,blurry responsibility and shortage of manpower,and hence suggestions were put forward such as combination of slaughter quarantine with meat inspection,building a set of laws and regulations and conducting regular training.
