长沙市宠物用药管理情况调查

Investigation of Pet Medicine Management in Changsha City

为发现宠物医院在管理中存在的问题,对长沙市部分宠物医院的药房管理情况采用问卷调查和药房实地调查的方式进行了专题调研。结果发现4方面问题:存在人用药品用于宠物疾病的治疗;非定点单位违规开展疫苗注射;宠物用保健品未获相关审批部门;免疫注射不规范。建议制定完善的药房管理制度,对药房工作人员进行资质认证,并适度放宽对生物制品使用的限制。

In order to find out the problems in pet hospital management,the investigation of medicine management in some pet hospitals in Changsha was carried out by means of questionnaire survey and fi eld survey. The result revealed that some human drugs were commonly used in pets,the fi xed point for vaccination vaccine unit,pet with health care products had not been approved from the relevant departments,immunization was not standardized in pet hospital. It was thus proposed that to formulate the sound pharmacy system,to conduct qualifi cation certifi cation for pharmacy staff and to relax proper the use of biological products.
