摘要
在前期官方兽医管理制度研究的基础上,重点分析了官方兽医在政策制定、设置范围、所属机构、职能职责等方面存在的问题,提出了适应我国国情和兽医事业发展的官方兽医管理建议。
On the basis of previous studies on the domestic offi cial veterinarian management system,the problems in policymaking,setting range,affi liating organs and functions and responsibilities regarding to offi cial veterinarians were analyzed,and suitable suggestions on offi cial veterinarian management were put forward.
