摘要
跨国公司研究一直是学术研究热点。本文融合BIBEXCEL、SPSS、UCINET及Cite SpaceⅡ等软件,以2000-2012 Web of Science为数据源,识别、分析了近十年来跨国公司研究的中心议题,如对外直接投资、研发、创新等;在突现文献分析中发现,学者们对跨国经营活动的关注点已经从产品转移等"操作层次"向技术与知识管理、跨文化管理等"战略层次"转变。
The researches on multinational corporation have been hotspots. This paper combined BIBEXCEL,SPSS,UCINET and Cite Space Ⅱ. With 2000-2012 Web of Science as data source,the paper explored and analyzed the research topics on multinational corporation in recent 10 years,such as FDI,RD and innovation. In the burst detecting,the paper found that scholars have been paying more attention to strategic context which included technology management,knowledge management and cross-culture management,from operational issues such as product transfer and value chain.
