摘要
运用山西企业的配对样本数据,考察了包容型领导对员工创造力的影响以及内在动机和心理可得性的双重中介效应。结构方程模型分析结果表明:包容型领导对员工创造力有显著的正向影响;内在动机和心理可得性在这一影响过程中起部分中介作用。
This paper investigates the impact of inclusive leadership on employees' creativity and the mediating effects of intrinsic motivation and psychological availability on this impacting process by using the structural equation model and the data of 310 matched samples in Shanxi companies.The results show as follows:inclusive leadership has the significant and positive influence on employee's creativity;intrinsic motivation and psychological availability have partial mediating effects on the influence of inclusive leadership on employee's creativity.
