Relationship between Leader's Emotional Intelligence and Follower's Organizational Citizenship Behavior and Task Performance:Taking Organization Atmosphere as Intermediary Variable

摘要 利用来自中国华中地区14家企业的636份直接领导与下属的配对调查问卷的数据,采用多元回归方法分析了领导者情绪智力与员工的组织公民行为和任务绩效的关系,并检验了组织气氛在其中的中介作用。结果表明:领导者情绪智力对员工的组织公民行为和任务绩效均有显著影响;组织气氛在其中均起部分中介作用。 Using the data of 636 dyad samples of supervisors and subordinates from 14 companies in the southern region of China,this paper examines the relationship between leader's emotional intelligence and follower's organizational citizenship behavior and task performance,and verifies the intermediary effect of organizational atmosphere.Results indicate as follows:leader's emotional intelligence is positively related to follower's organizational citizenship behavior and task performance;organizational atmosphere has partial intermediary effect on the relationship between leader's emotional intelligence and follower's organizational citizenship behavior and task performance.
