摘要
实施节能项目时,梳理项目风险并加以防范是开展合同能源管理的一项重要工作。具体分析了合同能源管理各主要环节的风险源,并提出相应的风险控制措施,以某化工厂锅炉节能投资方案作为实证,证明该风险控制措施有效。
In the current, Energy management contracting（EMC） is becoming more and more important. When applying EMC to carry out some energy saving project, it is crucial to do the risk analysis and control. This paper identifies the different risk sources from major steps of a EMC project, and comes out the corresponding control strategies. The method is demonstrated with the boiler＇s energy saving reconstruction of a chemical factory.
