体外心脏震波治疗冠心病新进展 被引量:5

摘要 体外心脏震波治疗(ESWT)用于缺血性心脏疾病治疗已经有10年历史,早期研究即观察到ESWT可以增加缺血心肌部位血管新生,促进各类生长因子上调,改善心肌功能。新近的一系列研究发现,ESWT不仅可通过促进血管新生而起治疗作用,在治疗缺血性心脏疾病时,亦可促进心肌干细胞潜能激活,抑制炎症、氧化应激、减少纤维化及细胞凋亡。大量研究证据还表明,ESWT可有效改善心脏功能及临床症状。ESWT治疗在基础研究和临床研究中,并没有发现会导致心肌损伤及其他严重并发症,可认为该项治疗是安全可靠的。
