系统论视域下的经理人自我与组织职业生涯管理融合

摘要 经理人的个性特征会弱化组织职业生涯管理的"育人"和"留人"作用,从系统论观点出发,实现组织职业生涯管理与经理人自我职业生涯管理的融合对促进经理人人力资本的开发与留住经理人有重要意义。我国经理人自我职业生涯管理的历史积淀单薄,且缺乏相应的信息平台与评价体系的支持,与组织职业生涯管理间又长期缺乏配合,因此,要秉承互惠增益的理念,实现组织职业生涯管理与经理人自我职业生涯管理的融合,建立起二者良性互动的人力资源开发体系。 Managers' personalities will impair the role of training and keeping back the employees of the organizational career management.It has great significance to realize the integration of organizational career management and the managers' career self-management to the developing of mangers' human capital and retaining them based on the viewpoint of system theory.In our country the history of managers' career self-management is short and it lacks the support of corresponding information platform and evaluation system.In addition,it doesn't cooperate with the organizational career management in a long time.Therefore,It is necessary to realize the integration of organizational career management and managers' self-management based on the idea of mutual benefit and to build up a developing system of human resource in which both of the two career management factors interact well.
