摘要
科技报告是国家重要的战略性资源,科技报告制度建设对国家科技创新体系具有重要意义。通过借鉴美国及国家科技报告制度建设的经验,初步构建了适合山西省科技报告制度现状的山西省科技报告制度体系框架,为推动山西省科技报告制度建设提供具体参考。
As an important national strategic resource,the institutional system construction of the scientific and technical（ST）report has huge significance for the the national ST innovation system.Based on the practical experience of the ST report system construction in U.S.and China,the basic framework of Shanxi Province＇s scientific and technical reporting institutional system framework was put forward.We hope to provide some references for promoting the institutional system construction of the ST report in Shanxi Province.
