摘要
The short Lifecycle and the vast number of new developments in the field of IT require processes in stan- dardization that are matching the requirements of this fast Living in- dustry. In no other industry is inter- nationalization as successful and fast in terms of depLoyment of new prod- ucts as it is in IT. On the other side standardization is required to obtain interoperability of IT products and services to aLLow the orchestration of solutions required by the many users （businesses, governments and individuals）.
