咪唑斯汀联合中药内服外敷治疗药物致光敏性皮炎29例疗效观察

Observation of therapeutic Effect of Mizolastine Combined with Internal and External Medicine in the Treatment of Drug-induced Photosensitive Dermatitis in 29 Cases.

目的:探讨咪唑斯汀联合清热凉血汤内服颠倒散外敷治疗药物所致光敏性皮炎的疗效及安全性。方法:将我院57例药物所致光敏性皮炎患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,对照组28例给予咪唑斯汀10mg口服,1次/日。治疗组29例在此基础上,内服清热凉血汤,2次/日,每次100ml;同时用颠倒散外敷患处2次/日。观察两组疗效及毒副作用。结果:治疗组与对照组有效率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);有6例患者服药中偶感恶心等不适,未见其他毒副反应。结论:咪唑斯汀联合清热凉血汤内服颠倒散外敷治疗药物所致光敏性皮炎疗效显著,毒副反应少,值得临床推广使用。

Objective： To explore the efficacy and safety in the treatment of drug-induced photosensitive dermatitis with Heat-clearing and Blood-cooling soup oral administration and perversion powder external applica- tion. Method： 57 patients with photosensitivity dermatitis induced by drugs were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, Mizolastine 10mg per day were given orally in control group. On this basis, Heat- clearing and Blood-cooling soup oral administration were given 100ml twice per day to the treatment group. Meanwhile, perversion powder were applied topically twice per day on the affected areas Results： There wasstatisticallv significant difference in the effective rate between the treatment group and the control group（ P 〈0. 05 ）. Six patients experienced nausea while taking the soup. No other side effects were reported. Conclusion： Combination with Heat-clearing and Blood-cooling soup improved the therapeutic effect of Mizolastine, with the addition of tropical application of Perversion powder, without severe side effects. It is worth using in clinical set- ting.
