三维点阵激光技术治疗黄褐斑的临床效果分析

Clinical efficacy analysis of three dimensional laser technique in treatment of chloasma

目的：探讨三维点阵激光技术治疗黄褐斑的临床效果。方法选取本院2012年11月-2013年11月收治的黄褐斑患者96例，按随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组，每组48例，研究组患者进行三维点阵激光技术治疗，对照组进行内服、外用药物配合物理治疗，两组均治疗2个疗程并随访6个月，观察治疗情况及不良反应等。结果研究组总有效率为85.4%，高于对照组的58.3%，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）；研究组不良反应发生率为4.2%，低于对照组的37.5%，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论三维点阵激光技术治疗黄褐斑效果显著，不良反应较少，值得临床应用和推广。

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of three dimensional laser technique in treatment of chloasma. Methods 96 cases of patients with chloasma treated in our hospital from November 2012 to November 2013 were selected,and were randomly divided into study group and control group,48 cases in each group,patients in study group were taken with three dimensional laser technology treatment,control group were given with oral,topical drugs combined with physical therapy,two groups were treated for 2 courses of treatment,after treatment were followed up for 6 months,the clinical effect and adverse reaction of two groups was compared. Results The clinical effective rate of study group was 85.4%,higher than 58.3% of control group,the difference was significant （P〈0.05）;the rate of adverse reaction in study group was 4.2%,lower than 37.5% of control group,the difference was significant （P〈0.05）. Conclu-sion Three-dimensional lattice laser technology in treatment of chloasma can promote the patient recover rapidly,has low incidence of adverse reactions,it is worthy of clinical promotion.
