老年高血压患者的脉压特点分析

Features of pulse pressure in elderly patients with hypertension

目的：探讨老年高血压患者的脉压特点。方法选取2014年3-9月在本院心内科住院患者的老年高血压患者400例,按年龄大小分为A、B、C、D组,A组86例,年龄65-69岁；B组118例,年龄70-74岁；C组84例,年龄75-79岁；D组112例,年龄≥80岁。根据脉压水平,又将4组患者分为≤40、41-60、61-80、跃80 mm Hg脉压水平段。分析4组患者在4个脉压水平段的分布情况。结果4组患者在41-60 mm Hg脉压水平段所占比例显著高于其他脉压水平段。其中脉压跃80 mm Hg水平段中,D组患者所占比例较其他组高,与A组比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。A组患者脉压多集中在41-60 mm Hg,与C组比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论不同年龄段的脉压水平多集中在41-60 mm Hg,脉压跃80 mm Hg水平段的老年高血压患者中≥80岁的高血压患者所占比例相对较高,65-69岁的老年高血压患者脉压多集中在60 mm Hg以下。

Objective To investigate the features of pulse pressure in elderly patients with hypertension. Methods 400 elderly patients with hypertension in our hospital from March to September 2014 were selected,were divided into group A,group B,group C and group D according to the age.There were 86 cases in group A,the age was 65-69 years old;there were 118 cases in group B,the age was 70-74 years old;there were 84 cases in group C,the age was 75-79 years old;there were 112 cases in group D,the age was more than 80 years old.The four groups was divided into ≤40 mm Hg,41-60 mm Hg,61-80 mm Hg,〉80 mm Hg respectivley according to the pulse pressure level.The distribution at four pulse pressure level in the four grops was analyzed. Results The proportion of 41-60 mm Hg pulse proportion in the four groups was higher than that of the other pulse proportion segments.At the pulse pressure 〉80 mm Hg,the proportion of group D was higher than that of other groups,compared with group A,the difference was significant （P〈0.05）. patients in group A were more at 41-60 mm Hg pulse pressure,compared with group C,the difference was significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Pulse pressure level of different ages is more concentrated in the 41-60 mm Hg.In elderly patients with hypertension at the pulse pressure was more than 80 mm Hg,＆gt;80 years old patients has high proportion.Pulse pressure in elderly patients with hypertension at the age of 65-69 years old is more concentrated under 60 mmHg.
