腹膜透析置管术中行腹壁固定与非固定两种方式的效果差异分析

Different effects analysis of catheter abdominal wall fixation and unfixation methods in the peritoneal dialysis catheter

目的比较腹膜透析置管术中行腹壁固定与非固定两种方式的效果。方法将70例行腹膜透析置管术终末期肾脏病患者按照腹壁固定与否随机分为固定组(n=36)与非固定组(n=34),比较两组透析使用情况、相关并发症发生情况及治疗后患者的生活质量。结果两组的腹透液入液时间、出液时间及超滤量比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);非固定组的相关并发症发生率为11.76%,固定组为8.33%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);固定组治疗后生活质量各维度评分均高于非固定组(P<0.05)。结论与非固定方式相比,腹膜透析置管术中行腹壁固定方式的效果更为显著,值得临床推广。

Objective To compare the different effects of catheter abdominal wall fixation and unfixation methods in the peritoneal dialysis catheter. Methods 70 patients with end-stage renal disease undergoing peritoneal dialysis catheter were selected and randomly divided into fixation group（n=36）and unfixation group（n=34）according to the abdominal wall fixation and unfixation methods.The use of dialysis,related complication and quality of life in two groups after treatment were compared. Results The time of peritoneal dialysis fluid into liquid and out of liquid,the ultra filtration volume in two groups was compared respectively,with no statistical difference （P〉0.05）.The incidence rate of associated complica-tion in unfixation group was 11.76%,incidence rate of associated complication in fixation group was 8.33%,with no sta-tistical difference（P〉0.05）.Each dimension score on quality of life in fixation group after treatment was higher than that in unfixation group respectively（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Compared with unfixation method,clinical effect of abdominal wall unfixation method in peritoneal dialysis catheter is more significant,which is worthy of promotion in clinic.
