溃疡生肌散治疗慢性皮肤溃疡的效果观察

Effecacy observation of ulcer Shengji powder in the treatment of chronic skin ulcer

目的：探讨溃疡生肌散治疗慢性皮肤溃疡的临床效果。方法选择2013年1月~2014年7月来本院治疗慢性皮肤溃疡的64例患者作为研究对象，随机分为两组，每组32例。对照组采用美宝湿润烧伤膏外敷，观察组采用溃疡生肌散外敷，每2天换药1次，连续治疗8周，观察和对比临床疗效、创面愈合时间及创面愈合率。结果观察组的总有效率、创面愈合率均高于对照组，创面愈合时间短于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论溃疡生肌散治疗慢性皮肤溃疡具有很好的临床效果，值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical curative effecacy of ulcer Shengjisan powder in the treatment of chronic skin ulcer. Methods 64 patients with chronic skin ulcer in our hospital from January 2013 to July 2014 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into two groups,each group of 32 cases.Meibao Shirun burn ointment of external application was used in control group,ulcer Shengjisan powder was applied in observation group, dressing change once every two days,continuous treatment for eight weeks.Clinical effect,the healing time of wound and the wound healing rate in two groups were observed and compared. Results Total effective rate and the wound healing rate of observation group was higher than that of control group respectively,healing time of wound in observation group was shorter than that in control group,with statistical difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Ulcer Shengjisan powder in the treatment of chronic skin ulcer has good clinical efficacy,it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
