依替米星联合三代头孢菌素治疗老年重症社区获得性肺炎的效果观察

Effect observation of etimicin combined with the third generation cephalosporin in the treatment of aged patients with severe community acquired pneumonia

目的：探讨依替米星联合三代头孢菌素治疗老年重症社区获得性肺炎的效果。方法选取2012年1月-2014年4月本院收治的88例老年重症社区获得性肺炎患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将患者分为研究组和对照组,各44例。研究组给予硫酸依替米星联合三代头孢菌素治疗,对照组单独使用三代头孢菌素治疗,比较两组的有效率、住院时间、治疗费用和不良反应发生率。结果研究组的有效率为90.91%,高于对照组的70.45%（P〈0.05）；研究组的住院时间为（14.14±2.68）d,短于对照组的（20.53±4.47）d,治疗费用为（1.25±0.44）万元,低于对照组的（3.37±0.97）万元（P〈0.05）；两组患者均无严重不良反应发生。结论依替米星联合三代头孢菌素治疗老年重症社区获得性肺炎的效果确切,可迅速杀灭细菌,降低住院费用,优于单独使用三代头孢菌素治疗,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the effect of etimicin combined with the third generation cephalosporin in the treatment of aged patients with severe community acquired pneumonia. Methods 88 aged patients with severe commu-nity acquired pneumonia treated in our hospital were selected as the research objects from January 2012 to April 2014 and they were randomly divided into the research group （n=44） and control group （n=44）.The research group was treat-ed with etimicin combined with the third generation cephalosporin,while the control group was treated with only the third generation cephalosporin.The effective rate, hospital stay,cost of treatment and the incidence rate of adverse reac-tion in the two groups were compared. Results The effective rate of the research group （90.91%） was higher than that of the control group 70.45% （P〈0.05）.Hospital stay of the research group [（14.14±2.68） d] was shorter than that in the control group [（20.53±4.47） d],and the cost of treatment [（1.25±0.44） million yuan] was lower than that in the control group [（3.37±0.97） million yuan] （P〈0.05）.The two groups had no serious adverse reaction. Conclusion Etimicin com-bined withthe third generation cephalosporin for the treatment of aged patients with severe community acquired pneu-monia has exact effect.It can rapidly kill bacteria and reduce hospitalization expenses.It＆#39;s better than the third genera-tion cephalosporin alone.It＆#39;s worthy of clinical promotion and application.
