乙酰半胱氨酸佐治小儿肺炎的效果评价

Effect evluation of acetylcysteine auxiliarily treating infantile pneumonia

目的：研究乙酰半胱氨酸佐治小儿肺炎的临床效果。方法选取本院2013年10月-2014年10月收治的78例肺炎患儿，根据数字随机分组法原则，将患儿分为两组，每组各39例。对照组采用常规治疗，观察组在常规治疗基础上给予乙酰半胱氨酸治疗，比较两组的治疗效果、肺部啰音减少时间、咳嗽（咳痰）时间。结果观察组的总有效率为97.44%，高于对照组的82.05%（P〈0.05）；观察组的肺部啰音减少时间、咳嗽（咳痰）时间均短于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论在常规治疗基础上加用乙酰半胱氨酸治疗小儿肺炎可以缩短患儿的肺部啰音减少时间、咳嗽（咳痰）时间，效果确切，值得临床推广应用。

Objective To study the clinical effect of acetylcysteine auxiliarily treating infantile pneumonia. Methods 78 children with penumonia treated in our hospital from October 2013 to October 2014 were selected and they were divided into the the two groups according to the principle of digital random grouping method,and there were 39 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional treatment,the observation group was treated with acetylcysteine on the basis of the conventional treatment.The treatment effect,the time of pulmonary rale reducing and cough （sputum） in the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate in the observation group （97.44%） was higher than that in the control group （82.05%）（P〈0.05）;the time of pulmonary rale reducing and cough （sputum） in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group respectively （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Acetylcysteine added on the basis of the conventional treatment treating infantile pneumonia can shorten the time of pulmonary rale reducing and cough （sputum） of children with the exact effect.It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
