中医特色治疗寒湿型腰椎间盘突出症的临床效果

Clinical effect of characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine treating protrusion of lumbar intervertebral disc of cold-damp pattern

目的观察中药、按摩、隔姜灸并用治疗寒湿型腰椎间盘突出症的临床效果。方法将110例寒湿型腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为两组,治疗组55例,采用健脾补肾排寒除湿汤和按摩、隔姜灸疗法,对照组55例,采用健脾补肾排寒除湿汤和理疗方法。结果治疗组治愈28例,治愈率为50.9%,1年后随访治愈中复发的为2例,复发率为7.1%,而对照组治愈仅9例,治愈率为16.4%。治愈中复发的为3例,复发率为33.3%,治疗组的治愈率明显高于对照组,复发率明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论中药、按摩、隔姜灸并用治疗寒湿型腰椎间盘突出症的治愈率高,复发率低,值得推广。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Chinese herbal medicine, massage,and ginger moxibustion on treating protrusion of lumbar intervertebral disc of cold-damp pattern. Methods 110 patients with protrusion of lumbar intervertebral disc of cold-damp pattern were randomly divided into the two groups.The treatment group （n=55） was giv-en the decoction of fortifying the spleen and tonifying the kidney,dispelling cold and eliminating dampness and mas-sage,ginger moxibustion,while the control group （n=55） was given the same decoctiosn as the treatment group and physi-cal therapy. Results In the treatment group,28 cases were cured and the cure rate was 50.9%.2 cases recurred in these cured cases after 1 year follow-up,and recurrence rate was 7.1%.In the control group,only 9 cases were cured,and the cure rate was 16.4%.There were 3 cases recurred among these cured cases,and the recurrence rate was 33.3%.The cure rate in the treatment group was greatly higher than that in the control group,and the recurrence rate was lower than that in the control group （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Combination of Chinese herbal medicine,massage,and ginger moxibustion in the treatment of protrusion of lumbar intervertebral disc of a cold-damp pattern has a higher cure rate and a lower re-currence rate,and it is worthy of expansion.
