围术期预防性护理干预对妇科盆腔手术后下肢深静脉血栓形成的影响

Influence of the preventive nursing intervention in preoperative period on lower limb deep venous thrombosis after gynecological pelvic operation

目的：探讨围术期预防性护理干预对妇科盆腔手术后下肢深静脉血栓形成的影响。方法选取本院2013年1月-2014年7月收治的106妇科盆腔手术患者作为研究对象，随机分为两组，对照组采取常规护理，观察组采用围术期预防性护理干预。比较两组的下肢深静脉血栓形成发生率及术后生活质量评分、护理满意度。结果观察组的下肢深静脉血栓形成发生率为1.8%，显著低于对照组的23.1%，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组的护理满意度为96.3%，显著高于对照组的84.6%，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组的生活质量评分显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论围术期预防性护理干预可显著降低妇科盆腔手术患者的深静脉血栓形成发生率，提高生活质量与护理满意度，值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the influence of the preventive nursing intervention in preoperative period on lower limb deep venous thrombosis after gynecological pelvic operation. Methods 106 cases recieved gynecological pelvic surgery from January 2013 to July 2014 in our hospital were selected as the research object and were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was given routine nursing care,the observation group was given the preventive nursing in-tervention in preoperative period.The incidence of lower limb deep venous thrombosis,the score of life quality after op-eration and the nursing satisfaction in two groups was compared respectively. Results The incidence of lower limb deep venous thrombosis in the observation group was 1.8%,which was lower than 23.1% in the control group,with significant difference （P〈0.05）.The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 96.3%,which was lower than 84.6%of the con-trol group,with significant difference （P〈0.05）.The score of life quality after operation in the observation group was high-er than that in the control group,with significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The preventive nursing intervention in pre-operative period can significantly reduce incidence of postoperative deep vein thrombosis in patients with gynecological pelvic operation,improve quality of life and nursing satisfaction,it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
