临床乳腺检查筛查乳腺癌中降低病灶漏报率的探讨

Investigation on lower lesion false negative rate in breast cancer screening of clinical breast examination

目的探讨临床乳腺检查筛查乳腺癌中降低病灶漏报率的方法 ,以供临床参考。方法选择2012年1-12月在本院进行乳腺检查者152例作为研究对象,随机分为两组。A组接受乳腺X线检查,B组接受彩色多普勒超声检查。对比两组乳腺癌病灶漏报率。结果 B组乳腺癌病灶漏报率明显低于A组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论在临床对乳腺癌的筛查中,彩色多普勒超声检查乳腺检出效果较好,其病灶漏报率较低,值得推广应用。

Objective To investigate the method of lower lesion false negative rate in breast cancer screening of clini- cal breast examination for clinical reference. Methods 152 cases with breast examination from January to December 2012 in our hospital were selected as research subjects and randomly divided into two groups.Breast X-ray examination was used in group A,color Doppler ultrasound was applied in group B.Breast lesion false negative rate between two groups were compared. Results Breast lesion false negative rate in group B was lower than that in group A,with statisti- cal difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion In clinical screening for breast cancer,breast ultrasound color Doppler detection is better.It has low false negative rate of lesion,is worthy of promotion and application.
