腹腔镜联合药物治疗子宫内膜异位症合并不孕的临床分析

Clinical analysis of laparoscope combined with drug treating endometriosis complicated with infertility

目的探讨腹腔镜联合药物治疗子宫内膜异位症（EMs）合并不孕的临床效果。方法选取本院妇科2010年10月-2012年10月进行腹腔镜手术的96例EMs合并不孕患者,术后将其随机分成A组（口服避孕药）、B组（孕三烯酮）与对照组（未用药）,每组32例。比较3组的治疗效果。结果 A、B组的妊娠率分别为71.9%、68.8%,明显高于对照组,但两组差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;A、B组的复发率分别为9.4%、12.5%,明显低于对照组,但两组差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论对进行腹腔镜手术的EMs合并不孕患者,术后给予孕三烯酮或者口服避孕药治疗具有较好的效果,能提高妊娠率,降低复发率,应用价值较高。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of laparoscope combined with drug treating endometriosis （EMs） complicated with infertility. Methods 96 patients with EMs complicated with infertility conducted laparoscopic surgery in department of gynaecology from October 2010 to October 2012 were selected.All patients were divided into the group A （oral contraceptive）,the group B （gestrinone） and the control group （untreated）,and there were 32 cases in each group. The treatment effect of the three groups. Results The pregnancy rate in group A and B [71.9%,68.8% respectively] was obviously higher than that in the control group,but there was no statistical difference between the two groups （P〉0.05）. The recurrence rate in the group A and B [9.4%32.5% respectively] was obviously lower than that in the control group, but there was no statistical difference between the two groups （P〉0.05）. Conclusion For patients with EMs complicated with infertility conducted laparoscopic surgery,gestrinone or oral contraceptive given after operation has the better ef- fect,and it can improve the pregnancy rate,reduce the relapse rate.It has higher application value.
