鼻内镜手术治疗不同类型慢性鼻窦炎的临床效果观察

Clinical effect of endoscopic sinus surgery in treatment of different types of chronic sinusitis

目的探讨鼻内镜手术治疗慢性鼻窦炎的临床效果。方法随机收集本院2010年9月-2013年9月收治的80例慢性鼻窦炎患者,分为Ⅰ型组（27例）、Ⅱ型组（35例）、Ⅲ型组（18例）,均给予鼻内镜手术治疗。比较3组的治疗效果,并观察患者术后的并发症发生率,术后随访1年,记录患者的复发率。结果Ⅰ型组的总有效率为100.00%,高于Ⅱ型组、Ⅲ型组的88.57%、66.67%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;80例患者的并发症发生率为5.00%,1年复发率为3.75%。结论鼻内镜手术治疗慢性鼻窦炎,具有疗效好、并发症少、复发率低等优点,值得推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of endoscopic sinus surgery in treatment of different types of chronic sinusitis. Methods 80 cases of patients with chronic sinusitis treated in our hospital from September 2010 to September 2013 were randomly selected,and were divided into type I group （27 cases）,type Ⅱ group （35 cases）,type Ⅲ group （18 cases）,were treated with endoscopic surgery.The clinical efficacy among the three groups was compared, the incidence of complication after surgery was observed,after 1 year follow-up,the recurrence rate was recorded. Re- suits The total effective rate of type I group was 100.00%,higher than 88.57% and 66.67% of typeⅡ group and type Ⅲ group,the difference was significant （P〈0.05）.The incidence of complication was 5.00% ,the recurrence rate was 3.75%. Conclusion Endoscopic surgery in treatment of different types of chronic sinusitis has good efficacy,fewer com- plications,recurrence rate,is worthy to be promoted.
