摘要 目的探讨Nd:YAG激光用于阻生齿拔除术后疼痛、肿胀的临床疗效。方法选取2014年1-11月本院收治的100例阻生齿拔除术后疼痛、肿胀患者,随机分为观察组和对照组各50例,对照组给予地塞米松口服止痛,观察组采用Nd:YAG激光进行镇痛消肿。比较两组患者的疼痛、肿胀程度。结果观察组的VAS评分为(1.7±0.7)分,显著低于对照组的(5.2±0.8)分,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);观察组的中重度肿胀率为8.0%,显著低于对照组的46.0%,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论采用Nd:YAG激光治疗阻生齿拔除术后疼痛、肿胀的效果显著,相较于口服止痛药有明显的优势,值得临床推广应用。 Objective To explore the effect of Nd:YAG laser on pain and swelling after extraction of impacted tooth. Methods 100 patients suffering from pain and swelling after extraction of impacted tooth admitted into our hospital from January to November 2014 were selected as research objects,and were evenly divided into observation group and control group in random.In the control group,conventional pain-alleviating regimen that was oral administration of dex- amethasone was provided,while in the observation group,Nd: YAG laser was selected to ease pain and diminish swelling.The degrees of pain and swelling in the two groups was judged and compared. Results The score of visual ana- logue scale (VAS) of the observation group was (1.7±0.7) points,lower than (5.2±0.8) points of the control group,the dif- ference was significant (P〈0.05).The moderate-severe swelling rate of the observation group was 8.0%,lower than 46.0% of the control group,the difference was significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion Application of Nd: YAG laser can obtain a re- markable effect on treating pain and Swelling after extraction of impacted tooth,and has obvious superiorities in com- parison with oral administration of painkiller,which is worthy of expansion and application in clinic.
