Xive种植体上行全瓷冠修复上颌前牙缺失的效果观察

Effect observation of all-ceramic crown restoration supported by Xive implants used in maxillary anterior teeth loss

目的探讨Xive种植体上行全瓷冠修复上颌前牙缺失的临床效果。方法以本院2012年9月~2013年9月收治的75例上颌前牙缺失患者为研究对象,分为对照组和观察组。对照组在Xive种植体上行钴铬金属烤瓷冠修复术,观察组在Xive种植体上行全瓷冠修复术,比较两组术后的美观效果、功能效果、修复成功率。结果观察组牙周附着高度优良率、颜色协调性优良率分别为97.4%、100.0%,均高于对照组的83.8%、86.5%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。两组种植体稳定性、牙齿咬合、咀嚼功能优良率比较,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;观察组修复成功率达到100.0%,明显高于对照组的89.2%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论上颌前牙缺失应用Xive种植体上行全瓷冠修复进行可在确保患者牙齿咬合、咀嚼功能的前提下显著改善美观性,美学优点突出,修复效果满意,值得推广。

Objective To explore the application effect of all-ceramic crown restoration supported by Xive implants used in maxillary anterior teeth loss. Methods 75 patients with maxillary anterior teeth loss admitted into our hospital from September 2012 to September 2013 were selected as research objects,and were divided into control group and ob- servation group.In control group,cobalt-chromium porcelain-fused-to-metal crown restoration supported by Xive im- plants was used,while in observation group,all-ceramic crown restoration supported by Xive implants was adopted.The postoperative aesthetics,function,and success rate of restoration between the two groups was compared. Results In the observation group,excellence and good rate of periodontal attachment height and color coordination was 97.4% and 100.0%,both higher than 83.8% and 86.5% of the control group,the difference was significant （P〈O.05）.There was no significant difference in stability of implant,dental occlusion,or masticatory function （P〉0.05）.The success rate of restoration in the observation group reached lO0.0%,higher than 89.2% of the control group,the difference was signifi- cant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion All-ceramic crown restoration supported by Xive implants that are used in maxillary anteri- or teeth loss can improve anesthetics on premise of guaranteeing dental occlusion and masticatory function at advan- tages of outstanding merits of anesthetics and satisfactory restoration,which is worthy of expansion.
