雷贝拉唑钠肠溶胶囊在幽门螺杆菌性消化性溃疡中的疗效分析

Clinical effect analysis of rabeprazole sodium enteric-coated capsules in Helicobacter pylori peptic ulcer

目的探讨雷贝拉唑钠肠溶胶囊在幽门螺杆菌（Hp）性消化性溃疡中的疗效、安全性及优势。方法选择本院2012年4月-2014年8月收治的104例Hp阳性消化性溃疡患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为实验组和对照组。实验组在基础治疗上加用雷贝拉唑钠治疗,对照组在基础治疗上加用泮托拉唑治疗,治疗1个月后停药1个月,观察两组患者的Hp根除率和溃疡愈合率,以及不良反应发生情况。结果实验组Hp根除率为96.15%,溃疡愈合率为94.23%,对照组溃疡愈合率虽达到92.30%,但Hp根除率仅为84.61%,两组Hp根除率差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,但溃疡愈合率差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。对照组不良反应发生率为15.38%,实验组不良反应发生率为1.92%,两组不良反应发生率差异有统计学意义（χ2=4.378,P〈0.05）。结论雷贝拉唑钠肠溶胶囊不仅有较好的溃疡愈合效果,其对Hp的清除效果也较好,且具有较高的安全性。

Objective To inveatigate the curative effect,safety and advantage of rabeprazole sodium enteric-coated cap- sules in Helicobacter pylori （Hp） peptic ulcer. Methods 104 cases of patients with Hp peptic ulcer in our hospital from April 2012 to August 2014 were selected and divided into experimental group and control group by random number table.The control group was treated with pantoprazole on the basis of basic treatment,and the experimental group was treated with rabeprazole sodium on the basis of basic treatment,after 1 month of treatment discontinuation in 1 month, Hp eradication,ulcer healing,and incidence of adverse reactions between two groups was compared. Results The Hp eradication rate of experimental group was 96.15%,and ulcer healing rate was 94.23%,and ulcer healing rate of control group was 92.30%,but Hp eradication rate was 84.61%.Hp eradication rate had significant difference between the two groups （P〈0.05）,but ulcer healing rate between two group had no significant difference （P〉0.05）.The incidence of ad- verse reaction of control group was 15.38%,and experimental group was 1.92%,the incidence of adverse reaction had significant difference between the two groups （X^2=4.378,P〈0.05）. Conclusion Rabeprazole sodium enteric-coated tablets not only has good effect on ulcer healing,but also has better scavenging effect of Hp,and has a good safety.
