桂林漓东社区老年人糖尿病流行病学调查分析

Investigation and analysis on epidemiology of diabetes in elderly patients with in Lidong community in Guilin

目的了解桂林市社区老年糖尿病患者流行病学现状,为社区老年糖尿病防治及管理提供依据。方法 2011年7月~2012年12月,采用整群随机抽样的方法 ,以桂林市漓东社区年龄≥65岁且居住时间≥5年的人群为研究对象,共调查526人,对其中的58名糖尿病患者的调查资料进行统计分析。结果老年糖尿病患病率为11.03%,其中男性患病率为11.45%,女性为10.70%,不同性别和年龄段的老年糖尿病患病率比较,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;老年糖尿病患者合并慢性病率为86.21%,用药率为96.55%。结论老年患者糖尿病发病率高,多合并其他慢性病,应加强社区对糖尿病的防治及管理。

Objective To understand the current situation of epidemiology of elderly patients with diabetes in a commu- nity in Guilin so as to provide evidence for the prevention and management of elderly diabetes in community. Methods From July 2011 to December 2012,cluster random sampling was applied.Altogether 526 people whose age ≥65 years old and whose living time 〉1 5 years in Lidong community of Guilin city were selected as research subjects.Investigation data of 58 patients with diabetes were collected and analyzed. Results Incidence rate of elderly diabetes was 11.03%,in which incidence rate of the male was 11.45%,and the female was 10.70%.The difference of incidence rate of diabetes compared between different gender and different age group were not statistically significant （P〉0.05）;the combined rate of chronic disease in elderly patients with diabetes was 86.21%,and the medicine usage rate was 96.55%. Conclusion Diabetes in elderly patients has a high incidence rate,and it often combines with other chronic disease,and prevention and management of diabetes in community should be strengthened.
