儿科护理二线值班人员规范化管理在持续质量改进中的作用探讨

Effect exploration of standardized management in pediatric nursing of second-line duty operators on continuous quality improvement

目的探讨儿科护理二线值班人员规范化管理在持续质量改进中的作用。方法选取15名满足二线值班条件的护理人员,依据24 h值班制,每日安排1名护理人员进行值班,且对其实施规范化管理和考核,对实施效果进行评价。结果实施规范化管理后的患儿家属满意度与基础护理质量显著高于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实施后的护士理论知识与操作技能得分显著高于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论加强对儿科护理二线值班人员的规范化管理,能够有效提升护理人员的专业水平,提高护理服务质量及患者满意度,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect of standardized management in pediatric nursing of second-line duty opera- tors on continuous quality improvement. Methods 15 nurses accorded with the criteria of second-line operators were selected.According to 24-hour working system,every nurse was arranged to be on duty,and standardized management and examination were provided.Implementation effect was evaluated. Results Satisfaction from child families and quality of basic nursing after carried out the standard management was higher than that before implementation,with significant difference（P〈0.05）.The score of theoretical knowledge and manipulative skills after implementation was higher than that before implementation,with significant difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Enforcement of standardized management on sec- ond-line duty nurses in pediatric department can effectively improve professional standards of nurse,quality of nursing service and patient＇s satisfaction,it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
