浅谈我院新医改下临床药师临床工作的展开

Introduction to the clinical work development of clinical pharmacist in our hospital under the new health care reform launched

在新"医改"环境下,本院临床药师以医师、药师查房为切入点,通过药学监护和提供药物信息技术支持,使药师融入到临床治疗团队中,充分发挥其作用,体现其在临床治疗团队中的价值。通过本院临床药师临床工作的不断展开,患者用药安全方面的隐患逐渐减少,这解决了治疗团队的后顾之忧。药物在临床上的合理应用,离不开医师、药师、护士与患者之间的相互配合,临床药师应和团队中的其他成员建立相互配合、协商与学习的机制,共同努力,实现临床用药的安全、有效和经济。

In the environment of the new health care reform,the clinical pharmacist in our hospital offer pharmaceuti- cal care and medicine information to the doctors through making the rounds of the wards,which can get the clinical pharmacists into the clinical treatment group and become fully effective for value.Through the clinical pharmacists＇s clinical works,the health hazards for patients in using medicine was reduced which raveled out clinical treatment teams＇ worry.Rational usage of medicine can hardly do without the interactions among doctors,pharmacists,nurses and the pa- tients,so the clinical pharmacists should make a good relationship with others in the clinical treatment group to learn, negotiate and work together to make a better realization of safety,effectiveness and economy using of clinical medica- tion.
