摘要
目的探讨评判性思维的优质护理对泌尿外科患者护理满意度的影响。方法选取2014年1-10月本院泌尿外科收治的100例患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上采用评判性思维的优质护理,比较两组的护理满意度。结果观察组的护理满意度为86.27%,显著高于对照组的61.22%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论评判性思维的优质护理能够显著提高泌尿外科患者的护理满意度,有利于患者早日康复,是提升诊疗水平的有效方法。
Objective To explore the influence of high quality nursing care of critical thinking on nursing satisfaction in the urologic patients. Methods 100 patients in urology department of our hospital from January 2014 to October were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group was given rou- tine nursing,the observation group was given high quality nursing care of critical thinking on the basis of the control group.The degree of nursing satisfaction in two groups was compared. Results The degree of nursing satisfaction in the observation group was 86.27%,which was higher than 61.22% in the control group,with significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion High quality nursing of critical thinking can greatly improve the degree of nursing satisfaction in the uro- logic patients,which is conducive to the early recovery of patients,is the effective method to enhancethe level of diagno- sis and treatment.
