摘要
针对变压器节能技术在电气化铁路中应用这一课题,介绍了变压器损耗和降低损耗的相关技术。以成昆铁路和宝成铁路电量数据为样本,采用概率统计的方法计算其数值特征,得出牵引变压器和所用变压器容量利用率的数学期望。对牵引变电所电量数据的统计分析表明,电气化铁路牵引变压器和所用变压器运行的经济性较差,为此,采用空载损耗较低的磁畴细化电工钢片铁心牵引变压器和非晶合金铁心所用变压器能够在一定程度上提高变压器运行的经济性。并结合变压器经济运行的相关指标,对节能变压器相关技术在电气化铁路牵引变压器和所用变压器中的应用进行了分析,提出了相关结论和建议。
Aiming to the application of power-saving technology for transformer in electrified railway, the transformer loss and relating technology for loss reduction are introduced in this paper, taking power data of ChengKun railway and BaoCheng railway as a example, the numerical character of concerning data is calculated by probability statistics method and the mathematical expectation of capacity utilization of traction transformer and substation transformer are gotten. Sta-tistical analysis of power data of traction substation shows that traction transformer and substation transformer for electri-fied railway are poor in running economy, therefore, magnetic domain refinement electrical steel core traction transformer and amorphous alloy iron core substation transformer with lower no-load loss can improve the running economy of trans-former to a certain degree. In combination with related index of the economical running of transformer, an analysis is done on application of power-saving technology for traction transformer and substation transformer in electrified railway, and some conclusions and suggestions are given.
