摘要
汽车关键零部件智能制造业已经成为工业界新的发展热点。汽车座椅滑道是汽车的关键部件,它由滑道内轨和外轨两部分组成,其内外轨之间需要产生钢球挡点。使用Solidworks软件建模,设计了一种新型的汽车座椅滑道外轨打钢球挡点机构,分析了机构的动作原理及方案的可行性。此机构灵活可调,具有多自由度,能够准确完成打钢球挡点的功能要求。所提出的机构解决了钢球挡点角度调节困难的问题,可以在行业内实现模块化生产,具有较大的应用价值。
The intelligent manufacturing of key opponents in automotive industry has become an tendency.The car seat rail is the key opponent in the automobile.Among the parts of the car seat,the slide of the seat is of great significance,it consists of two opponents:the inner slide and the out slide.Besides the ball block point should be generated.In this paper,a new mechanism is designed by Solidworks.The mechanism is flexible and has many degrees of freedom.By analyzing the principle of the mechanisms,this paper solves the problem in the ball blocking pointmanufacturing.
