摘要
济钢的氧气系统一直存在着供需不平衡的问题,导致氧气放散率高,影响经济效益。通过对氧气系统的生产、存储和使用等环节进行综合分析,以氧气放散率最低,经济效益最大为目标函数,建立氧气系统优化调度的模型,并利用改进的粒子群算法求得最优解,取得了良好的效果。
In oxygen plant of Jigang,the unmatch of supply with demand of oxygen always exists.This results in high releasing rate and uneconomic production.By analyzing the production,storage and the usage of oxygen,the oxygen optimal scheduling problem is formulated as a mathematical multi-objective model,in which the release of oxygen is minimized,while the economic benefit is maximized.The problem is solved by using the improved particle swarm optimization algorithm.
