论国际政治权力的目的性与工具性

摘要本论文剖析了国家政治权力概念、权力来源、权力目的性与工具性。除了传统现实主义国际关系理论界定的权力来源外,"软实力"和"政治行为体的叛逆行为"也是权力的重要来源。国际政治权力的本质即是国家利益,而国家利益的维护工具即是国际政治权力。国际政治权力具有目的性和工具性双重特征。
