摘要
分别从加油站投资决策、前期论证、设计、施工、后评价等方面对投资成本的全过程控制进行了分析,指出合理选址是投资成本控制的首要任务;前期论证是基础保障;设计阶段是龙头;施工成本控制是关键,涉及施工各个环节,需与监理单位密切合作做好各项工作;而项目后评价及时纠偏,是保证项目投资成本控制取得成效,具有良好经济效益的有利措施。
The investment on gas station was analyzed from the aspects of decision- making,prophase demonstration,design,construction,post evaluation,and others,respectively.It is pointed out that the reasonable location is the primary task of investment cost control,the prophase demonstration is the foundation of investment cost control,the design phase is the leading of investment cost control,and the construction cost control and the cost control measures of each link are the key of investment cost control.
