摘要
目的通过对某燃煤电厂工作场所生产性粉尘危害作业分级,为判定该建设项目粉尘危害严重程度和企业粉尘防治管理提供依据。方法对工作场所进行职业卫生调查,识别职业病危害因素,确定生产性粉尘接触岗位,用《工作场所职业病危害作业分级第1部分:生产性粉尘》(GBZ/T229.1-2010)标准对工作场所生产性粉尘进行作业分级。结果除灰渣系统巡检岗位粉尘作业结果为Ⅰ级,燃运系统巡检岗位、脱硫系统巡检岗位和电焊作业岗位的粉尘作业分级为0级。结论企业应对灰库、气化风机、干式碎渣机的防护设施进行检修,改善除灰渣系统作业环境,加强粉尘治理。
Objective To determine the severity of dust hazard and to provide basis for dust prevention and management of one coal-fired power plant construction project through applying the classification for productive dust hazard in its workplace. Methods Making occupational health survey in the workplace to identify occupational hazard factors and to define the productive dust exposure positions,and then classifying the productive dust in workplace with the " Occupational Hazard in the Workplace Classification-Part 1: Productive Dust"( GBZ / T229. 1-2010). Results Dedusting system inspecting position results to grade Ⅰof productive dust hazard,and fuel transpotation system inspecting position,desulfurization system inspecting position and welding position are graded 0. Conclusion The power plant should overhaul the protection facilities of ash equipment,gasifying blower and dry slag crusher,to improve the working environment of dedusting system and reinforce the dust controlling.
