脑白质病变部位及程度对老年患者认知功能的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨脑白质病变部位及严重程度对老年患者认知功能的影响。方法:采用蒙特利尔认知功能评估量表(Mo CA)检测74例脑白质损害(WML)患者不同病变部位及不同严重程度的认知功能。结果:WML患者各病变程度的Mo CA总分均明显低于对照组,且随着病变程度逐渐加重Mo CA总分明显下降(P<0.05);各病变部位的Mo CA总分均明显低于对照组(P<0.05),且深部白质病变组患者视空间与执行功能评分明显低于室旁白质病变组(P<0.05)。结论:WML患者视空间与执行功能、语言、抽象功能、延迟回忆和定向力等均明显受损,随病变程度逐渐加重,脑室旁和深部WML对认知功能的影响存在一定的差异性。
