体位改变对支气管肺炎婴幼儿潮气呼吸肺功能的影响

Effects of postural change on tidal breath pulmonary function in infants with bronchopneumonia

目的:比较仰卧位和侧卧位两种体位下婴幼儿潮气呼吸肺功能的测定结果。方法:35例婴幼儿支气管肺炎患儿分别在仰卧位和侧卧位测定潮气呼吸肺功能,主要测定指标为潮气量(VT/kg)、达峰时间比(TPTEF/TE)、达峰容积比(VPEF/VE)。结果:侧卧位与仰卧位相比,潮气呼吸肺功能参数差异有统计学意义,侧卧位TPTEF/TE、VPEF/VE升高,VT/kg下降。结论:体位改变能影响潮气呼吸肺功能检测结果,应对潮气呼吸肺功能测定的影响因素予以重视,如统一体位。

Objective： To compare the tidal breathing parameters in supine position with that in right lateral position. Methods： Tidal breathing pulmonary functions were measured in supine and right lateral positions in 35 infants with bronchopneumonia,the main parameters were the per kilogram body weight moisture weight（ VT / kg）,time to peak ratio（ TPTEF / TE）,peak volume ratio（ VPEF / VE）. Results： In comparison with supine position,VT / Kg was significantly lower and TPTEF / TE,VPEF / VE were significantly higher in right lateral position.Conclusion： Postural change can affect the results of parameters of tidal breathing in lung function test. Lung function should be measured at the same posture.
