聚焦解决护理模式在金属细针三维适形射频消融术治疗原发性肺癌中的应用

Solution focused nursing mode in the metal needle three-dimensional conformal radiofrequency ablation treating primary lung cancer

目的:探讨聚焦解决护理模式在金属细针三维适形射频消融术治疗原发性肺癌中的应用效果。方法:将本院收治的需要进行金属细针三维适形射频消融术的72例原发性肺癌患者随机分为试验组和对照组:对照组患者予心理护理、健康教育、手术护理、术后护理等常规护理,试验组患者则采用聚焦解决护理模式进行护理。采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)评价两组患者的心理状况,采用QOL-C30量表评估患者的生活质量,并比较两组患者对护理的满意度。结果:试验组SCL-90评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05),QOL-C30量表功能量表评分、总体健康状况评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05),症状量表评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05),对护理满意率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:将聚焦解决护理模式应用于金属细针三维适形射频消融术能够显著改善患者的心理状况,提高患者的生活质量及对护理工作的满意度,值得临床推广应用。

Objective： To discuss application of solution focused nursing mode in the metal needle threedimensional conformal radiofrequency ablation in the treatment of primary lung cancer. Methods： 72 cases of primary lung cancer in our hospital who were given metal needle three- dimensional conformal radiofrequency ablation,then were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. The patients of the control group were given psychological nursing,health education,nursing during operation,postoperative nursing,etc. The patients of experimental group were given solution focused nursing model. Psychological status of the two groups were evaluated by using the symptom checklist（ SCL-90） evaluation and QOL-C30 scale used to assess the quality of life of patients and nursing satisfaction. Results： SCL-90 score of experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group（ P〈0. 05）; function score in QOL-C30 scale and score of the overall health status were significantly higher than those of control group（ P〈0. 05）,while symptom scores were significantly lower than those of control group（ P〈0. 05）; nursing satisfaction rate was significantly higher than that of control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： The solution focused nursing mode in the metal needle three- dimensional conformal radiofrequency ablation can significantly improve the patient＇s mental status,quality of life of patients and the patients＇ satisfaction with nursing,which is worthy of clinical application.
