增压发动机凸轮优化设计方法的研究

摘要 增压发动机凸轮型线是影响发动机燃烧过程中油气混合效果的主要因素之一,直接影响到发动机的动力性、经济性表现,每款新开发的发动机项目须重点考虑如何匹配一套适合发动机运行的凸轮,以提高发动机的动力性、经济性。试验结果表明:加大进、排气门重叠角可以提高发动机充气效率,但是THC排放增加;进气门升程加大,充气效率降低,同时燃气混合更均匀滚流效应增强,发动机燃烧变好。 Camshaft profile is one of the major elements in the air/fuel blend process during combustion, which directly connect with the power and economy of engine. A suitable camshaft should be matched during a process to optimize the performance of engine. The results show that volumetric efficiency was improved and THC was added with overlap increased. Volumetric efficiency was decreased with the valve lift enhanced. A better mixture was got because of tumble . A better combustion was got.
