温轧温度对高硅钢力学性能及织构的影响 被引量:2

Research on the Relationship between the Excitation Loads of Diesel Engine and Structural Vibration Signal Characteristics

摘要 Fe-6.5wt%Si合金是一种具有高磁导率,低矫顽力和低铁损等优异软磁性能的合金。但是,室温脆性和低的热加工性能限制了其在工业领域的应用。人们难以用普通轧制的方法得到该合金的薄板。在实验室条件下利用热轧、温轧方法,结合相关的热处理手段,得到该合金0.3 mm温轧薄板。利用光学显微镜、显微硬度仪、扫描电镜研究不同温轧温度对该薄板组织结构、力学性能的影响。 Establish the virtual simulation platform of six-cylinder diesel engine based on the multi-body dynamics and finite element method, and verify the reasonableness of the virtual simulation platform through the comparison of the experimental test results and simulation data. Meanwhile, calculate each measured points vibration response under the role of the fire excitation force, lateral force and main bearing force, and analyze the difference of the vibration response signals of different measured points under different excitation forces, and analyze the response and impact of the mechanism of piston slap of the three distinct peaks in one work cycle, and the time-frequency characteristics and energy value of piston side force. The results show that virtual simulation method and time -frequency technology effectively characterize the affection relationship between the various loads and structural vibration excitation signal characteristics, and the results avoids the influence of signal or signal excitation source, and have certain guiding value for the development of vibration and noise reduction measures.
