汽车滑行器的分析与改进

摘要 汽车滑行器充分利用车辆惯性,提高滑行节油效果。通过辨明滑行器基本原理,剖析滑行器工作机理及其性能特点,指出影响汽车滑行器技术发展的关键因素,提出将电磁离合器与超越离合器并联的滑行器方案,优化安装位置,简化结构,降低成本,提高可靠性,实现与发动机制动同步,并采用制动开关与滑行模式转换开关联动控制方式,使驾驶操控更简捷,有助于汽车滑行器的推广应用;指明汽车滑行器与现代电子技术相结合,实现滑行器智能化,是滑行器技术的发展方向。 Making full use of the vehicle motion inertia, automobile sliding device can improve oil-saving. The basic principle of the sliding device was discerned. The working mechanism and performance features of sliding device were dissected. The key factors affecting the development of automobile sliding device technology were pointed out. The scheme of sliding device parallel of electromagnetic clutch and overrunning clutch was proposed, which optimize the installation site, simplify the structure, reduce the cost, enhance the reliability and realize the synchronicity of engine braking. The brake switch and sliding pattern change-over switch linkage control mode was adopted, which make driving control more convenient and contribute to the popularization and application of automobile sliding device. It is indicated that the development direction of sliding device technology is automobile sliding device combined with modern electronic technology to realize the sliding device intelligentization.
